The global launch of D-BOX was organized around the release of Fast and Furious 4 in 2009. Since then, contracts and announcements have followed. Also, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Fountain of Youth will most probably propel D-BOX products to the forefront once again. This film will combine 3D technology and D-BOX movement immersion technology. It is due out at the end of May.

This technology includes the chairs (or platforms) and a motion generation system, which is perfectly synchronized with onscreen action. Movies in theatres, on DVD or Blu-ray are programmed with D-BOX Motion Code, and the translation of these codes allows for an immersive movement experience that up until now has been hard to beat.

And if the experience won you over and your budget permits, you can recreate this encompassing universe in your own home theater or TV room with D-BOX equipment for your home.

The D-BOX system can also be integrated with existing furniture. Many films are available on DVD or Blu-ray, so you can live the experience at home.
