Paradigm
In 1982, Scott Bagby, Jerry VanderMarel and Martin Stec formed Paradigm in a Toronto suburb, a speaker company. Martin Stec was in the designer’s role and Jerry VanderMarel acted as Vice-President Sales and Marketing. In the early years, Scott Bagby oversaw administration but also managed to find time to work alongside Martin Stec in design.
