In 2009, on its 40th birthday, Samsung did not hesitate to announce its vision: “Defy the world. Create the future.” The brand has the capacity to achieve its ambitions. This explains its longevity in a highly competitive environment.

Research, innovation, supply on a global scale ... Samsung has taken its place in the digital age. Many of its products, such as the ACL-TFT screens, monitors and multiple access code division (CDMA) cell phones hold dominant shares in the global market.

The figures and references speak for themselves for this special company. Samsung Electronics won 37 innovation prizes at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in 2011. In the midst of this, the company launched the OMNIA 7, the first smartphone with the Windows Phone 7 operating system, the first 3D home theater in the world, the first 3D LED TV with Full HD (in the world of course) and the thinnest TV ever, at 6.5 mm. Whew! I almost feel dizzy!
