Techcraft was originally founded in 1974 as a division of a major japanese electronics company. In those years, Techcraft employees learned demanding standards for the quality and value of the products manufactured.

Those standards were first applied to the private-label (or OEM) markets. But in the last decade, Techcraft has expanded to designing and building products under its own brand for retailers around the world.
